9.5" Josiah Cloud Megaplanet
This very large Megaplanet is an unusual “Cloud Planet” (aka “Waterworld Planet”). Unlike classic Simpson Planets made with opaque New Mexico or Corona glass, this sphere has a translucent core and aqueous appearance that allow you to glimpse into and through the world’s vibrant, intriguing landscape. This work is one of the largest Megaplanets Josh has made in the past few years.
The flat, polished base is serialized 7.5.18 and inscribed “Josiah Simpson” to signify it is one of Josh’s favorites.
